REMINDER OF REQUESTED PARTS
- A copy of a valid identity document.
- A statement of the honour of not having used a recording copy, nor any assembly process for the recording.
- A short biography in French or English.
- A high definition photograph (300 DPI) if possible and free of rights.
- The instrument selection(s) with all programs (pre-selection and final) as indicated in the regulations.
- Please indicate your name (identical to the one given in the form) when you transfer for your registration as far as possible to your bank so that we can identify the registrations on our bank statements.
